CCNA 200-301-Complete Labs

Complete Hands-on Training Labs

Build practical networking skills with hands-on CCNA 200-301 v1.1 labs designed to reinforce the concepts covered throughout the course. These labs take you beyond theory by letting you configure, verify, and troubleshoot real Cisco networking scenarios step by step.

The lab series covers key CCNA topics including VLANs, trunking, EtherChannel, STP and Rapid PVST+, CDP and LLDP, wireless infrastructure, routing, OSPF, NAT/PAT, DHCP, ACLs, network security, IP services, automation, and controller-based networking.

Each lab includes a clear topology, device-by-device configuration, verification commands, expected output, and troubleshooting checks so you can understand not only how to configure a technology, but also how to confirm that it is working correctly and identify problems when it is not.

What You Will Practice

  • Configure Cisco routers and switches using real IOS commands
  • Build and verify VLANs, trunks, voice VLANs, and inter-switch connectivity
  • Configure LACP and PAgP EtherChannel
  • Implement STP, Rapid PVST+, PortFast, and BPDU Guard
  • Configure IPv4 and IPv6 addressing and routing
  • Implement static routes, default routes, and OSPF
  • Configure NAT, PAT, DHCP, DNS, NTP, SSH, and other IP services
  • Build and troubleshoot IPv4 ACLs and Layer 2 security
  • Understand wireless AP, WLC, CAPWAP, WLAN, and VLAN integration
  • Practice network management and device-access configuration
  • Explore automation, APIs, controllers, telemetry, and modern networking concepts
  • Perform pre-checks, post-checks, verification, and troubleshooting

MODULE 2 — NETWORK ACCESS

Complete Hands-on Training Labs

0 topics

Module 2 — Network Access focuses on how users, devices, switches, and wireless infrastructure connect to and communicate across the local network. This module builds the practical Layer 2 foundation required for enterprise campus networking.

You will learn how Ethernet switches forward traffic, how VLANs separate users and services, how 802.1Q trunks carry multiple VLANs between switches, and how EtherChannel combines physical links for additional bandwidth and redundancy. The module also covers Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) and Rapid PVST+, including root bridge selection, port roles, loop prevention, PortFast, and BPDU Guard.

Wireless access is also introduced through access points, wireless LAN controllers, CAPWAP, AP modes, WLAN configuration, and VLAN integration. In addition, you will work with CDP and LLDP for neighbor discovery and learn secure methods for accessing and managing network devices.

What You Will Learn

  • Configure and verify VLANs, access ports, and voice VLANs
  • Configure 802.1Q trunks and native VLANs
  • Understand and verify inter-switch VLAN connectivity
  • Configure Layer 2 and Layer 3 EtherChannel
  • Use LACP and PAgP
  • Understand EtherChannel negotiation and bundle formation
  • Configure and verify STP and Rapid PVST+
  • Identify root bridge, root ports, designated ports, and alternate/blocking ports
  • Configure PortFast and BPDU Guard
  • Use CDP and LLDP to discover directly connected devices
  • Understand Cisco wireless architectures and AP operating modes
  • Understand WLC, CAPWAP, WLANs, and VLAN mapping
  • Interpret basic wireless LAN GUI configuration
  • Configure and understand network device management access
  • Integrate multiple Network Access technologies into a complete campus topology

Practical Focus

This module is designed around real configuration and troubleshooting scenarios. You will work through device-by-device configurations, verification commands, expected outputs, and fault-isolation steps.

The labs progress from individual technologies to an integrated campus access design:

VLANs → Trunks → CDP/LLDP → EtherChannel → STP/Rapid PVST+ → Wireless → Device Management → Integrated Campus Network

Module Outcome

By the end of Module 2, you should be able to build, verify, and troubleshoot a small enterprise access network using Cisco switches, wireless infrastructure, and common Layer 2 technologies.
