Planned timed-access experience
- When Virtual Labs go live, payment creates a Waiting for Lab Setup entitlement.
- Setup can be manual, automatic, or hybrid depending on the configured provider.
- After the lab is Ready, you have 8 hours to activate it.
- Your purchased 90 minutes starts only when you press Activate Lab.
- Network Guide Academy uses a temporary user-specific access URL; the timer cannot be paused by closing the browser.
- With Gateway Auto-Login, the learner does not receive the provider URL, username or password. Network Guide Academy sends them only to the trusted gateway server after validating the active entitlement.
- At expiry, the temporary URL is disabled immediately, the gateway is told to close any active proxy session, and automatic integrations can stop the lab and expire/delete the provider account; manual provider mode creates an Admin lockout task.
